Mrs. Soma Chakraborty is the founder and CEO of the organization, which came into existence on 2010.Shehas a varied experience in the field of survey, started as an interviewer with E.I.T, designated to editor (quality control).During this course of time she worked as an office assistant with REMI Group from 2009 to 2011, was responsible for in-house management and tender bidding process. She is a double graduate in English literature as well as in sociology from Calcutta University. Sankalpa came into existence on 2010 and since then she has moved on with few chosen people who are responsible and assist her for organizations operational issues on day to day activity and the position in which it is today. She has handled survey projects of social, commercial, CATI/PAPI, qualitative, quantitative , Group discussion(GD), focus group discussion(FGD), depth interview, mystery audit, central location test(CLT).Amongst the survey projects ,she has successfully completed two social projects which required large no of interviewers . During the course of journey she donned the cap of project trainer with E.I.T & others, worked for women protection and rights with a noted human rights organization. as a freelancer handled loan disbursement with SBI and marketing of their cards(debit & credit).She also has her own NGO with the same name engaged into microfinance of L.I.C.


Mr. Prabir kundu, holds a very important role in the organization, he acts as a pivot in between project co-coordinator, office back end and field functioning, being primarily a marketing man, excelled in handling own distributorship of Dabur India, Sc Johnson, Kohinoor Brand basmati rice to name a few. Also forayed into marketing of handicraft and engaged in garments boutique business. For a short tenure also engaged in hosiery product marketing. He is a commerce graduate. He is primary responsibility in the organization is for project costing, man power engagement/recruitment, field planning/ execution/monitoring, payments, co-ordination amongst various verticals of a given project. He has also successfully undertaken installation and maintenance of electronic surveillance instruments (CCtv) for various institutions on demand. Actively participates in social causes and handled quite a few like blood donation, flood relief.




Mr. Arun Karmakar- Head Quality Control
Having 40 years of market research at field level, covering pan India as also under taken projects at Bangladesh, Myanmar, Srilanka, Thailand and Nepal. He has put in 15 years in social research out of his 40 tears of experinec. was associated with lots of prestigious project like. NFHS 2 and 3 in UP, Mother and child health care in entire Orissa, DLHS 4 in Andaman. And handled projects.

Related to HIV/Aids across India. He has category exposure (FMCG, Food and Beverages, Personal Care, Home Care, Automotive, Media, Healthcare, Telecom, IT and Retail) and subject matter expertise (Brand/strategy development, segment targeting & pricing, U&A studies, CLT, Product testing, Ad testing, Panels, Tracking studies, Shop Census, product placement and observation studies).

Worked with some of the leading market research agencies like Mode which is now known as GFK-MODE, ORG-MARG, Nielsen & HRG.
Arun is a Science Graduate, lives in Kolkata along with his wife.
