Practice

 

1. A-kára Chanting

Sithiti : Vajrasana

Sit in any meditative posture and adopt cin mundra.

Fell completely relaxed and close your eyes.

Inhale slowly and completely.

while exhaling chant AAA in a low pitch

Fell the sound resoanance in the abdomen and the lower parts of the body.

repeat 27 times

2. U-kára Chanting

Inhale slowly and completely.

while exhaling chant UUU in a low pitch

Fell the sound, resoanance in the meedle part of the body.

repeat 27 times

2. M-kára Chanting

Inhale slowly and completely.

while exhaling chant MMM in a low pitch

Fell the sound, resoanance in the uppper part of the body and in the entire head region.

repeat 27 times

2. OM-kára Chanting

Inhale slowly and completely.

while exhaling chant OM in a low pitch

Fell the sound, resoanance throughout the body.
